Young people involved prostitution and drugs on the rise in WC

Inclement weather has led to road closures in some parts of KwaZulu-Natal. 
Karate is generally eclipsed by more popular sports such as football, cricket and rugby. However, Kanku Karate Academy founder Lungisani Mabaso is trying to change that.

DELFT, CAPE TOWN – The Western Cape Missing Persons Unit is concerned about the number of young children who prostitute themselves for drugs on the streets.
It is pleading with the provincial Social Development Department to intervene.

This comes as the search for 15-year-old Beyonce Hapaguti of Delft, Cape Town, continues. She was reported missing last month.
Hapaguti and her pals were last seen after school on August 30th, but one of her friends, Marion Fredericks,  has since returned home after two weeks on the streets.
