Haidilao M’sia’s most popular waitress coming to S’pore to perform and take on dance battles

You can never call hotpot chain restaurant Haidilao boring.
Since opening their first outlet here in 2012, they have brought us iconic trends such as the ingenious dancing noodle man and the ‘ke mu san’ dance.
And who can forget their very own boyband of handsome waiters earlier this year? Sidenote: We wonder where they are now?
This time, Haidilao Singapore is spicing up the dining experience by having one of their most popular talents in Malaysia drop by.
Said to be Haidilao Malaysia’s most popular waitress, Bai Huining aka Xiao Bai is set to make her Singapore debut and will be visiting 10 Haidilao locations here from September 23 to 27.
She became viral after posting her many dances and collaborations while working on Xiao Hong Shu.
And no, she is not confined to doing just the ‘ke mu san’ dance.
A quick check on Xiao Bai’s Xiao Hong Shu, which boasts 99.4K followers, sees her showcasing a variety of dances both in and outside Haidilao.
In an Instagram post, Haidilao Singapore says Xiao Bai will be performing live dance shows, even welcoming diners to challenge her to dance battles if they are confident enough.
Xiaobai is part of the management team at the hotpot chain’s Penang outlet in Sunway Carnival Mall.
In an interview last month, Xiao Bai denied rumours that Haidilao pays her extra to dance and she does it as an added service to customers.
Apart from entertaining diners with her, she is also quite the artist and has made special drawings for customers celebrating their birthdays.
We wonder if she will have time to do that in Singapore?
